Returns
Our return window lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Any returns postmarked after the 14-day window may only be eligible for a partial refund and/or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may return the item using your own carrier or request a return label from us. If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the cost of the returned item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for only a partial refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
