Our return window lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.
Any returns postmarked after the 14-day window will only be eligible for a partial refund and/or subject to a 20 % restocking fee.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

DIRECTIONS: Directly apply to your dog’s pre-washed and wet coat. Ruffle coat to expose the skin, then apply - working from tail to ears. Rub in briskly and praise vigorously! Towel dry or blow-dry as usual. Do not rinse.
