Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with orginal tags.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

With its 9142 profile and distinctive 4 5/8" cattleman crown and 4 1/4" brim, this edition of the El Patron is finished with a self-felt band and a genuine sterling silver buckle featuring ruby-tone inset stones, gold overlay, and JBS letters as a tribute to our founder John B. Stetson. To ensure a perfect fit and ultimate comfort, the hat is finished with a handsewn premier roan leather sweatband and a deluxe embroidered satin liner.
