Our Story

Broken Horn was originally opened in 1956 by the Nuzzo Family. The company originally began as a wholesaler of horse blankets. Throughout the years, they expanded their inventory of items that today's Broken Horn carries. On July 18, 2021, the Nuzzo family wanted to sell the company, not to just anybody but to someone that shares the same vision and passion as they did. Marisol Acevedo and her three daughters Julissa, Justine, and Nereida took the opportunity to be a part of something special in the city of Baldwin Park. On July 21, 2021, Marisol Acevedo and her daughters became the new owners of BROKEN HORN.
