Returns
Our return window lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Any returns postmarked after the 14-day window may only be eligible for a partial refund and/or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may return the item using your own carrier or request a return label from us. If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the cost of the returned item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

This special edition of the Range was created exclusively for the USA 250 collection to honor America’s 250th anniversary. A true Stetson icon, the Range combines legendary quality and classic western style in one timeless package. The USA 250 Edition is customized with a red, white and blue USA 250 satin liner and a gold-tone USA branding iron hat pin with red, white and blue inset stones. Its classic profile features a 4 1/2" medium cattleman crown with a 3” slightly curved brim that’s a little more town-friendly than most wide brim western hats. Like all Ranges, it’s finished with a 2-ply cord hat band and a removable feather detail. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband provides a time-tested, comfortable fit.
The Range USA 250 Edition is crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Range is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. Includes a limited edition Stetson USA 250 hat box.
